Erin joined Golden State Family Services in 2001. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology. She has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors and has held the position of Accounting Director/CFO for Golden State since 2003. Erin ensures the financial aspects of the agency are running smoothly and efficiently and that Golden State is secure and stable financially. She oversees Golden State’s accounting procedures, creates the annual agency budget and oversees aspects of Golden State’s Human Resources department.

Erin has demonstrated leadership in many areas, including taking the lead on becoming nationally accredited through CARF International, creating numerous policies and procedures, and has held the role as Corporate Compliance Officer. Erin is now the Program Administrator and CFO over the CWC as well, supervises all licensed therapists, and continues to oversee the creation of new policies and procedures as well as obtaining contracts/partnerships to grow the services provided by the CWC. Erin is very dedicated to Golden State and her team and shows strong communication and collaboration skills when working with other departments to direct compliance and financial goals. 

Erin enjoys traveling, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
